Recipients often report feelings of warmth, peace, and comfort during a session, as well as a sense of overall well-being afterward. The treatment is performed fully clothed, lying or sitting.

Seated Massage
Practical and portable this style of massage is best enjoyed when taking a shorter treatment - 20 minutes and fully clothed. Â It's much loved at festivals and with my corporate clients who enjoy a lunchtime or post work de-stress.
