Deep Tissue Massage

By working into the deep muscles and fascia, deep tissue massage has therapeutic effects, releasing tension and strain held in the body.  It's great used on major muscle groups such as the neck and back and beneficial for a variety of ailments including sports injuries, pain management, stress and lowering blood pressure.

Hot Stone Massage

This is a great calming and balancing treatment for the nervous system and the meridians.  The heated stones allow deep rooted tensions to be alleviated by warming the skin and fascia, allowing the muscles to relax for a deeper massage.

Facial Rejuvenation Massage

Facial rejuvenation massage, also known as facial massage offers a range of benefits for skin health, relaxation, and overall well-being.  Benefits include: improved circulation, reduced tension and stress that may help migraine/headache and TMJ dysfunction, tightened and toned skin, helping to minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and enhanced lymphatic drainage, reducing puffiness and congestion.

Reiki

With my Reiki therapy, I work intuitively with my clients to help restore balance and wellbeing. Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive therapy that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and holistic healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Recipients often report feelings of warmth, peace, and comfort during a session, as well as a sense of overall well-being afterward.  The treatment is performed fully clothed, lying or sitting.

Swedish Massage

This is a great introduction to massage, using firm and gentle strokes to help you unwind and relax.  Swedish massage helps improve circulation, increasing blood flow to muscles, aiding relief from muscular aches and improving the immune system.  This treatment is hailed as being great for general wellbeing.

Thai Foot Massage

This ancient form of massage is great for tired legs and feet.  Working along sen lines (energy lines) and into reflex points this massage improves mental clarity, helps with sleep problems, reduces stress, improves circulation of the leg, whilst stimulating the internal organs allowing you to receive a blissful, holistic treatment.

Seated Massage

Practical and portable this style of massage is best enjoyed when taking a shorter treatment - 20 minutes and fully clothed.  No oils are used making it suitable for certain allergy sufferers and for those with mobility issues, whereby getting on and off a couch would be difficult.  It's much loved at festivals and with my corporate clients who enjoy a lunchtime or post work de-stress.

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage has its roots in Ayurveda.  The treatment is performed on a chair and involves massage to the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, face and scalp.
This massage is great for relieving tension and stiffness in the neck and shoulder areas and can provide relief from earache, eye strain, tinnitus, aching jaw/grinding teeth, sinusitis, tension headaches, migraine and insomnia.
It is performed through clothes and no oil is used.
