Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Waves Holistics, I value your time and ask that you respect mine and the time reserved specifically for your treatment.

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours' notice before your scheduled treatment time.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

Payment of Cancellation Fees

Any cancellation or no-show fee must be paid before booking future appointments.

Exceptional Circumstances

I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will consider each situation individually.
